Welcome to Diamond Resort. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations and Cancellations

1.1. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Diamond Resort.

1.2. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

1.3. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid charges.

1.4. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

2. Check-in and Check-out

2.1. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

2.2. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Payment

3.1. All rates are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

3.2. Additional services and amenities are charged separately.

3.3. We accept major credit cards and cash payments.

4. Gambling club Rules

4.1. Guests must be 21 years or older to enter the Gambling club area.

4.2. Diamond Resort reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any person to leave the Gambling club premises without explanation.

4.3. Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited in the Gambling club area.

5. Liability

5.1. Diamond Resort is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.

5.2. Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6.2. By providing your information, you consent to its use as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications to Terms
